Jubilo is continuing to support BrainPower, the Brain Tumour Research Charity. Donations at our Christmas Carol Concert totalled just over £800.

A joyous Christmas Concert with a range of music both traditional and modern, which was much appreciated by our audience. The concert was conducted by Paul Gudgin and featured the Edinburgh Players with Leader Iain Scott and the accompanist was Justin Nash on organ/piano.
Thank you everyone for your donations towards Brain Power; another small step closer to establishing a brain tumour research centre in Scotland.
- Dunfermline Abbey Carol Marathon

A wonderful opportunity to sing in and fund-raise for Dunfermline’s magnificent Abbey, where there was an entire day of non-stop carols and Christmas songs. About 40 Jubilo members sang joyously for a 30 minute session and then joined in with the Scratch Choir.

Jubilo has adopted Brain Power as the Charity it is supporting. Brain Power raises funds for Brain Tumour Research and Jubilo collected £513.40 for the Charity at it's Spring Concert in April.

Our wonderful Musical Director, Libby Crabtree, conducted her last concert with us before handing over the baton to our new MD, Paul Gudgin who takes over in January. The choir were most ably supported by The Edinburgh Players and Philip Coad on piano and included a couple of original compositions in a varied programme. A close-to-capacity audience gave Libby, the choir and musicians a resounding ovation.
